Men start from Dap-ay Losban, the host of this year’s Yabyab, and proceed to the Patpatayan.
Begnas di Yabyab happens in October when the rice seedlings begin to grow. This is the begnas that is performed before rice planting activities.
Tangeb di Ogas is a celebration in July that marks the end of the rice harvest. The last of the rice grains are gathered and the festivities begin.
Ogas are rice grains that are left over in the fields.
Also called the Tangeb di Babayas, the Begnas di Latab is performed at the end of the wedding celebrations that take place in June.
Latab is the time when rice grains ripen between the months of Kiyang and Panaba (approximately May to June) of each year.
